Totally renovated in 2021 / 2022, this fully updated residence is now available for the last two weeks of July 2022 and all of August 2022. The home is located on well over a full acre and is surrounded by 25+ acres of public conservation land, which makes this estate incredibly private.
The 5,200 sqf home is located less than a mile from the ocean beaches and Village of Amagansett. In fact, as the crow flies, the home is located just 950 yards from the Atlantic ocean beach, which means that you can very clearly hear waves on quieter nights.
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed with an open concept layout showcasing tremendous natural lighting throughout. The fully-equipped gourmet kitchen features two dishwashers, high-end appliances such as a 48" Wolf range with a griddle and char broiler, two ovens, and a quiet commercial-grade exhaust system over the range, as well as a beautiful over-extended kitchen island. Just off the kitchen lies a bar area with a 300-bottle wine fridge and an ice maker along with a second sink.
Beyond its expansive living area and dining room with wet bar, the first floor features a primary suite and an additional en-suite guest bedroom. Flawlessly connected with a unique floating staircase, the second level is comprised of a second primary bedroom suite and two guest bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and the other with a private full bathroom across the hall. The lower level of the home features a 6th bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a private workspace / study area with hardwired CAT6 ethernet for speed, a gym featuring a Peloton, a water rower, a Mirror, and free weights. Additionally, the lower level features an acoustically tuned theater with 6 electric recliner theater chairs and a 120" projection screen with a PS5. Summary: This home is so insanely beautiful and extrememly comfortable! It is so bright and airy, and no expense was spared in updating this home. The backyard/pool area is out of this world! I had booked this for a girls trip - We had so much fun and enjoyed the home so much! Everyone loved their space and we loved using the movie theatre every night as a wind down! Plus the location is fantastic! We were very close to a really quiet and beautiful beach and a short drive to Montauk and East Hampton. Blake was extremely responsive and accomodating to the point of allowing us to check in sooner (as he was going to be there) to give us a tutorial on how everything worked. There are tons of options in the Hamptons but this house blew everything out of the water that I had looked at. It is well priced for everything you get with the home. I would not hesitate to stay here again and I feel I would likely be quite disappointed if I even thought to stay anywhere else! Best vacaion ever!!

Summary: We have rented many properties in different locations and this house stands out on many levels. Extensively and thoughtfully renovated house in a great location - 5 min drive to ocean beaches, 1 min drive (or a short bike) to bay beaches and super convenient to the town of Amagansett. Plenty of space for a large group to spread out. We also loved that the owner didn’t skimp on basic but important things like towels, tissues, proper shampoo and conditioner, shower gel, laundry detergent etc. Those seem small in comparison to the cost of the rental but it’s the convenience that is huge and makes a massive difference when you rent somewhere. Owner was extremely responsive, wrote an extensive guide to the house (and the neighborhood) and was very open to feedback and suggestions. We had a spectacular time and will be coming back next year!
