The comfortable apartment is situated in Conca dei Marini, an ancient fishing village of the famous Amalfi Coast, at about 4 km from the centre of Amalfi. From the main road, you reach the apartment climbing about 50 picturesque stone steps. The closest beach is the small beach of “Capo di Conca”, located in a suggestive inlet and rated amongst the ten most beautiful beaches of Italy. Other beaches more easily reachable are situated in Amalfi and Maiori. During the summer, there are restaurants and bars open where it is possible to rent beach umbrellas and deckchairs or to visit other beaches of the area with small boats. The apartment is composed of the following rooms:
The KITCHEN is equipped with a gas stove with 4 burners. The fridge is big and spacious with freezer. There are countless drawers and shelves with good kitchen supply and in addition a toaster and a kettle.
The LIVING ROOM is really spacious with a corner sofa, a flat screen Smart TV, shelves with many books in various languages, (English, French and German). There is also a couch that turns into a single bed for the third person. The living room is equipped with air-conditioning not included in the price; the cost is of Euro 0.20 per kWh detectable from an electricity meter located near the air-con unit.
The BED ROOM has a comfortable double bed (1.80 meters), a large wardrobe and a flat screen TV.
Sheets, pillowcases and 3 pillows are provided.
The BATHROOM has a bathtub, a sink, a bidet, drawers and shelves.
Hair dryer and 3 towels per person are provided.
The TERRACE with a view on the Amalfi Coast bay is equipped with 2 deckchairs, a table with a hand-painted ceramic top and 3 chairs. If you decide to come with a car, just at about 50 metres from the stairs that lead to the apartment, there is a private garage free of charge - ONLY upon reservation. From the main road, as mentioned previously, you reach the apartment climbing about 50 picturesque stone steps. The houses of this area are scattered along a narrow road cut into the sloping coast all facing the sea and the sun, separated by thriving vegetable gardens. Here the authentic villagers lead their life with quiet rhythm and without crowds of tourists. Conca dei Marini is the perfect starting point to visit all the most famous tourist sites of the region as the beautiful “Grotta dello Smeraldo” (Emerald Grotto) as well as Amalfi, Ravello, Positano, the islands of Capri and Ischia, Paestum, Sorrento, Pompeii, Herculaneum, Naples.

Summary: Please only stay here if you want to truly enjoy Amalfi and the beautiful views. The place is stunning and a quick 5-7 minute bus ride from Amalfi main area. The place is super clean, great balcony and fully equipped with everything. There is a beautiful restaurant and small grocery store within walking distance. Avoid the tourist trap restaurants and enjoy great food and prices here. The host is simply wonderful and ALWAYS available for any questions or help. He was able to provide us with rides, suggestions on what to do, helped getting ferry and bus tickets, and took us to some amazing view points that we would never have known about.

Summary: Enjoyed our stay in this self-contained apartment. A little climbing to get to the house. Apart from that, everything else is what we need: Quiet bedroom, sun shades, kitchen balcony overseeing the coast (had beautiful sunrise and sunset picture there. Raffaele is a great host. He even picked us up from the port of Amalfi with his own car, took us around the property, showed the best place for dinner, grocery. He drove us back to the port on a Sunday morning when the bus was scarce. So thankful

Summary: The property is unique, like the Amalfi Coast. The host couldn’t be better. Rafaele took time at our arrival to ensure we found the place and went above and beyond to even drive us around to see the local market and restaurants - TRUST ME THIS IS IMPORTANT. There are 3 amazing restaurants within less than 10 minute walk. Rafaele also made some suggestions of the best places to visit and how best to get there. The place is also very clean and very well kept. If steps are an issue you might consider another option but keep in mind, Amalfi is pretty much all windy hills and steps so it comes with the territory. I don’t see how you could be disappointed with choosing Rafaele’s place to stay unless you are expecting to be right in the middle of one of the tourist hustle bustle cities. Thanks Rafaele for an amazing stay!

Summary: Very nice location, everything you need is available in the appartement including a nice balcony with equipment. Erminia has welcome us, and give us a tour around the town, that’s what you call service 😊. There’s was even a garage for our car, which was perfect and easy to use. What not easy is are the roads around the Amalfy coast so getting in and out is interesting. We were there in October and try to take the bus to Amalfi, but that was full and then the chauffeur just wave 😳 Erminia and Raffaele offered us to bring us anywhere we want, so when you don’t want to drive that’s a perfect solution. Conclusion: supper hosts, super location, super appartment, nice holiday!

Summary: My wife and I just finished a fabulous 5 day visit in this location. First of all, the Amalfi Coast is stunning, justifying its place on our bucket list. And Conca dei Marini is a great little village to use as home base, as you can leave the crowds behind after your busy days. Finally, this apartment was very nice, and our host Raphael extremely helpful both before and during our visit. My only suggestion would be to make sure you have a good transportation plan in place. We rented a car, as there is a garage included with the property, but quickly found driving on the coast to be quite a challenge. Having a driver available would be preferable. But I highly recommend this property and a visit to the Coast.

Summary: We had an amazing time staying at this location. The views from the stay were magnificent and surreal. The host Raffaele was superior to which he aided as an excellent tour guide informing us of the best places to eat and activities to enjoy during our stay. In our case he also helped my boyfriend plan a surprise proposal in a beautiful location. We are now engaged and will never forget the memory here. We 100% recommend this stay as its not just a location to stay while you visit Amalfi, but an unforgettable experience that you will never forget.

Summary: The apartment is nice and has a stunning view. There‘s everything you need for your vacation. Conca dei Marini is not very crowded but you have two Restaurants and a bar and a few shops you can reach in a few minutes by walking. Since we didn‘t have a car we took the bus to get from one place to another which worked well.There‘s a shuttle bus to the beach or you can walk all the stairs. Raffaele, the owner is super friendly and helps you with everything.

Summary: There are a lot of places one can stay when visiting Amalfi Coast. I promise none of them will give you what Conca Dei Marini has to offer. Minutes from Amalfi by car or public transit (bus stop is right out front of property) or 30 minutes drive to Positano. This location cannot be matched. There is a beach just down the hill. ( there is a shuttle 2 minutes walk from home) a market for all your needs as well cafes and restaurants just a short walk away. The property is equipped with everything you will need to feel at home. Smart TV’s to relax and watch your favorite shows after a long day of site seeing. Wonderful bed and couch making for comfortable sleeping. Best of all? A washer! lol The incredible views from your private balcony will take your breath away. We drove in and this property has an enclosed garage with remote control entry. Just a wonderful beautiful place. But what stands out here is our host. There was no detail that wasn’t met. Directions, recommendations, a tour in his personal car. What a great host. But much more, what a wonderful person. Thank you for welcoming us and giving us an unforgettable experience. Ciao Grazie
