Positive: Very quite remote place, including a swimming pool and fire place. The dinner was really amazing. We had an outside bathroom which was a nice experience.
Negative: Location is not as shows on the map on Booking.com right now (dec ‘24), that’s a point of improvement. It is located outside the national park, about 5km after Iremito gate.

Positive: It's super close to Amboseli National Park. It is one of the best locations you can ask for, especially with the price. I hope they will keep the price as it is as everywhere else in Kenya is super overly charged. The manager and the staff in the kitchen were super friendly. The outdoor bathroom is cool!
Negative: The concept is great but poorly executed. My room was leaking due to the rain and it formed a puddle right next to the electricity socket (so don't book the place during the rain season I guess... thought I'm not sure how hot it's going to be in the dry season). It can be super cold in the rain, so it's mean you're having a shower in the freezing rain. Although there is a bath, the water is super slow and the bathtub also leaked so it's impossible to use. We were very concerned about the water dripping to the socket that could cause electric shock (and the puddle was getting larger and larger) so we informed the accommodation to ask for a room change. They told us it's impossible as they are full. Okay... but they need to do something about the leak, right? Their solution was to send a janitor to the room to mop up the puddle and closed the curtains! Pretending like nothing happens while it's still raining down like crazy. So we told them to give us several buckets to collect the drips. I still do not understand how and why they think it's OK to just mopped up the water and pretend like it's fine.

Positive: The camp is a jewel in the vast sourounding nature. Staff is warm and very welcoming people, Ms Magret the receptionist, Mr Fred at the restaurant, and all the staff were a great pleasure to meet.
Negative: Nothing worth mentioning.

Positive: This is a very nicely located property - close to the park gate yet not within it (which makes it great value for money) . The view of Mount Kilimanjaro from here is absolutely spectacular in the mornings !
Negative: The food could perhaps be better , although it wasn’t bad , we would have loved a few more options to choose from . The tents, being open, are likely to attract many mosquitoes.

Positive: It’s in the open savanna totally in contact with the nature, open space, fantastic view of Kilimanjaro !!! The staff is most welcome and the chef produces such fine cuisine surprising for this wild nature.
Negative: We liked everything. Even the limits of the water (there is no running water and the water is delivered with a truck, the boilers to warm the water are with a fire for each tent - we were told what are the good hours for shower and when we have electricity and we adapted. It’s really part of the wild experience.
Summary: Fantastic!!! Thank you all💗 we will return with our children.

Positive: Even in difficult circumstances with heavy rains and weather after a severe drought condition, The management did their best to deliver all the goodness of their services.
Negative: Recommend only for nature lovers. Not nor synthetic urban creatures. The care and concern are in detail. Sure, Will be back for a longer stay.
