Summary: Great hotel location. Staff is the best. Slightly hassle with the long ques for the elevator but otherwise great hotel.

Summary: We booked to stay here the night before our flight home and, honestly, we wished we had stayed for longer not only to see this part of Bangkok more but to experience more of what this hotel had to offer! Whilst not the cheapest place to stay, it certainly is value for money! The swimming pools and lounge area is great in itself, but the videos of Bangkok make it even better. The spas were nice, although split by sex (men and women) which, whilst we understand, was not the most enjoyable given they should be a social experience and one of us was, unfortunately, forced to be on their own. However, apart from that minor inconvenience, the overall spa was good. We chose to have the buffet breakfast the morning we flew home and it was worth every penny so make sure you add this on if you want to!

Summary: Beautiful and super clean hotel. The staff is extremely nice and helpful. They have great breakfast with loads of options. The swimming pool is great and clean. Location is great for shopping, multiple malls that you can walk to! Will definitely stay here again and definitely recommend

Summary: Perfect! Both the staff and hotel were perfect. You couldn’t ask for a better location…three malls within five minutes and one was right across the street. So if you coming to discount shop…this is the best high-end hotel!
