Summary: Everything BUT front desk staff is inexperience. Stayed twice in 2026 and both check ins they over charged me. Luckily, some were alert and corrected upon check out. So be careful to checking in and out and check your invoices.

Summary: The location is perfect, close to shopping. The staff were excellent and responsive. The only issue we had was we saw a live cockroach in our room on our first night. Totally unexpected as the rooms seemed newly renovated. Other than that, we had a good stay.

Summary: Everything was spectacular. The staff, room, gym, pool, & location. It was all such a great experience for the price you pay. What stood out the most was the gym & staff. Gym had a lot to offer from free weights, machines, Pilates and stretching room and maintain classes. The staff was next level. Making sure we had everything we needed and went above & beyond. Nicha and Amg were amazing at what they do. They exceeded our expectations. You would definitely have a great experience staying at Amari.
