Summary: This building has 30 floors and 3 parking levels. The lobby is very busy and the elevators take a long time to arrive if you need to enter an elevator in 90 seconds after being buzzed in. You actually need at least 3 minutes to do the entry thing right. Otherwise, you will have to repeat the access process. The unit number is different than the buzzer one. At the unit door, you need to use an app on your phone to connect to the lock. It never worked for us. We managed to go inside and find the fob because the door was not locked. We assumed the previous tenant had left it unlocked because they couldn't get the app to work either.Upon entry, we found the cleaners had not been there to clean up after the previous tenants. The property manager was good to stay in touch via VRBO and ordered the cleaning team to the apartment. It took 3 hrs between our arrival and when we finally had a clean apartment. We were very tired since we had been up since 1 AM Vancouver time for our flight to the city. We were looking for a good rest when we arrived at the apartment.The property manager refunded our cleaning fee. But they should have paid us back at least 1 night as compensation.It could have been a wonderful stay for us for the location.

Summary: Pros: Great neighborhood. Great location. Close to everything. Cons: Not as shiny and new as it appears on listing. You have to find (and pay) for parking elsewhere, then make your way up to the condo to get the key fab that allows you to park in the garage, go back to car, then finally park. Same in reverse for when you leave. Check in instructions are unclear.

Summary: Overall a great apartment but sadly the portable air conditioning unit expels more hot air at the rear than cool air to the front of the unit. The warm sunny weather made the apartment uncomfortably hot so this unit needs to be reconsidered.

Summary: I’m 60 years old so maybe I’m just not tech savvy enough but getting into the room and into the parking lot seemed pretty complex to me. Getting out the last day also involved some planning because I had to leave the key fob in the room but I needed the key fob to get the car out of the garage, and to use the elevator

Summary: The unit was clean, in a great location, with everything we needed. Conflicting instructions for access to the unit provided by the property manager made it confusing. The unit door only opens with the "August" app, connected by Bluetooth. One day there was some interference, and it took about 5 minutes to get the door unlocked. The key fob inside the unit is only used to open the street-level front door, and operate the elevator. No button pressing required, but that was not explained either.
