• Additional Fees: From the seventh guest onwards, a $39 fee per guest per night applies. The fourth bedroom opens for groups of 7+ guests.
• Entertainment: Smart TVs with streaming apps are available. We'll sign out of your accounts if you forget to do so.
• No Indoor Smoking: A $500 fine applies for violations. Smoke outdoors and dispose of cigarette butts properly.
• Pool: The pool is serviced twice a week during summer months and once a week during all other months. The pool technician will access the area through the backyard gate.
