Positive: The location of this apartment is amazing - so central and yet in a relatively quiet street. David provided ample instructions and advice (with pictures) in advance of our arrival, such that we were very clear about the self check in process and the parking (straightforward and safe). Also during our stay I had a small query about an appliance in the apartment and my e-mail was answered almost instantly by David, which was appreciated. Our daughters (young adults) shared the sofa bed in the lounge which they reported was spacious and comfortable (a mattress topper is available for it). Everything was spotlessly clean and there was loads of hot water at any time of day. Highly recommended!
Negative: Only a small point but it would have been handy to have had a few coat hooks in the hall.
Summary: We loved our stay at this smart, central apartment.

Positive: Excellent location, quiet and safe, very clean and well equipped. We didn't miss anything, and we felt very comfortable. David was very kind and helpful, and I am grateful for that. I had a small problem with the keys upon arrival, but it was my mistake and David helped me and it was solved quickly. We will come back and recommend this apartment to everyone.
Negative: I have nothing to complain about, everything was perfect.

Positive: Everything had been thought of, and there were a few groceries in the cupboard and fridge on arrival which was helpful. Everything we needed was there and easy to use
Negative: Not a lot of room for the table and chairs, but can see not much can be done about that with the space available. Sofa bed not very comfy but the kids didnโ€™t mind!

Positive: Location was brilliant, couldn't really ask for more. Host was friendly and really helpful. Check-in and check-out were straightforward and easy. Facilities in the apartment were good as we definitely needed the iron and ironing board! Would definitely stay here again.
Negative: Property doesn't have a lift, and was up several flights of stairs - while this can't be helped it wasn't the most convenient for us. The sofa bed wasn't super comfortable but for a couple of nights was fine.
