Positive: No keys are needed for the property, door unlocks with a personal code valid for the whole stay. A host greeted us on arrival and gave us a house tour to settle in quickly.
Negative: The house was perfect for our stay. Galley kitchen needs some navigating if more people are actively using it at the same time but that wasn't an issue for our group.

Positive: Very stylish traditional Maltese house with modern tech and good outdoor space, specifically the roof terrace. All facilities that you need for a great holiday are provided. Great location with all Sliema’s highlights nearby. Also only 10 min walk to ferry over to Valletta
Negative: Nothing in regards to the property. My only dislike really was the size of ‘safety’ deposit I had to pay before going. I understand the reason why these pre*paid deposits are taken but this seemed particularly large, as the accommodation had already been paid for. So just something to be aware of.

Positive: Beautiful property in a quiet location. It was easy to walk to the waterfront for shopping and restaurants or take a short cab ride to other areas. The house was comfortable and felt like a home away from home. It was easy to get settled and relax after excusions to Valletta or days spent sailing. Our host also went out of her way to ensure communication including tips and information about the nearby sights and neighborhood. An excellent choice for a private home-stay in Malta.

Positive: The property is very spacious and beautifully appointed. The townhouse has been thoughtfully decorated combining many original features with modern extension and technology. All the amenities have been carefully thought about including Rituals shampoos/soaps etc to beach towels and BBQ. Great location, easy walking distance to shops, restaurants and the 12 min regular ferry to Valletta. Susan, the owner was fantastic with her pre visit contact, providing very prompt answers to any questions and providing excellent assistance with local info etc. Aline who met us at the property was lovely and explained everything in detail about the property.
Negative: Nothing. The property is laid out over 4 floors (including the rooftop terrace) so something to be aware of if 3 or 4 flights of stairs would cause you difficulty. No issue for us at all.
