Positive: The location of this apartment is excellent: it is within a short walk of the coast on either side and very close to supermarkets, shops and restaurants as well as the promenade and harbour. Public transport links are reliable and easy to use, plus Sliema itself is a short drive from the airport. The apartment was spacious and welcoming, and the facilities were good, including plenty of bedroom storage, comfortable living room sofas, and a huge dining room table. The best part was the stunning view from the balcony, which spanned both bedrooms and the living room. Waking up to panoramic sea views was an utter delight and has inspired us to return to Malta as soon as possible.
Negative: The shower over the bath in the main bathroom was temperamental, with weak water pressure and a shower screen that does not reach down to the bath, causing the floor to flood with each shower. The bath itself is very creaky, making you feel as though you may fall through it at any moment. The towels provided were clean but smelled very musty. In the en suite, the shower cubicle is quite small and caused a couple of scalding incidents when the users accidentally touched the pipes while trying to shower.
Summary: A wonderful apartment with breathtaking views, lovely facilities and great transport links.

Positive: Great location; specious, clean and well-equipped apartment with sea view. Staff provides very good instructions.
Negative: The WiFi connection is very poor, the host needs to install more routers. We didn’t like extra payments and fees. Guests must clean the kitchen and take out the garbage otherwise they would take over 100 euros from the deposit. It’s totally understandable to ask to leave the flat in the civil condition, but cleaning and garbage is something you pay for. Thankfully we didn’t have to pay late check-in fee which is very high - 35 euros. If one wants to leave the luggage in their office, they’ll have to pay 3 or 5 euros per each item. In the end you pay for nothing, as the luggages are left in a way anyone may enter the office and take them unnoticed.

Positive: Apartment was lovely and in an excellent location. Facilities were good. Staff was helpful when we had a problem. The car park was convenient since very hard to park in Sliema.
Negative: The car park was in a convenient location. However it was very poorly signposted when you are in it. There is an exit for day paying people, gym and separate exit for residents . It took us three days to get used to the route to get out !!! Car park is also quite expensive. One shower was not great and leaked which was surprising considering the rest of the property.

Positive: Great location with a fantastic view from the balcony. Very close to shops and the ferry to Valetta. Despite located in a very dense-urban location it is easy to get out by car too.
Negative: The instructions on where to park in the underground car park were not precise. Make sure you are being shown the exact parking spots.

Positive: The apartment is large, spacious, clean. Beautiful view from the window in the living room.Helpful staff, close to the ferry port and shops.
Negative: A slight minus for the internet. It doesn't work in the bedrooms and disconnects.

Positive: Clean, spacious, well equipped and ideally located for us. The letting agent was Buena Vista Holidays - they were excellent - answered messages sent via WhatsApp and the Booking.com app very quickly and were always helpful and polite.
Negative: A few signs of wear and tear, the apartment could perhaps do with a bit of a refresh, but it certainly didn't spoil our time there.

Positive: The location was incredible and the property was well laid out with plenty of space.
Negative: The property needed better quality and more utensils, frying pan, oven trays and glasses along with loo roll, bin bags and a hoover or brush. Small and poor quality towels. The air conditioning also went off every other day and needed maintenance to sort as well as majorly lacking water pressure, no hot at the kitchen sink.
