Summary: Overall amazing place. Great fitness facility, (doesn’t open until 8 which isn’t great for early risers). Well appointed

Positive: Unbelievable location. Literally only a few steps from an amazing beach. Beautiful views from the living room. We also saw turtles on the beach.
Negative: The unit needs some updating with furniture and it smelled like someone had been chain smoking there for the past 30 years. The construction noise was also fairly loud during the weekdays. There was also no air conditioning in the bedroom. It looks like they have a brand new unit ready to install but it was still in the box. They also need to change the moldy shower curtain and provide a dustpan.
Summary: Amazing location that far outweighs a bit of a rustic lodging experience.

Negative: Everything was great! Just some suggestions: No clothing Iron There was a broom but no dustpan There were a few camping chairs and 1 beach chair. Would have been nice to have 4 beach chairs.
