As a start: Best Location. This condo is located in one of Coronado's most sought after avenues, Isabella. You are one block from the beach and one block from the commercial area, where you can find groceries, gelato, restaurants, the charming movie theater and small art galleries.
No need to ever drive when you can walk or go to the beach, in our storage unit we have beach chairs, mats, boogie boards, umbrella and fun gear that it has been selected for you for having fun at the beach; or you could go to the many parks with the picnic basket ready to go in the main closet.
One of the most unique qualities of Isabella is the light, bright, airy and cheery ambiance in its simple spacious floor-plan. It is located upstairs in the small quiet 5 condo complex, with no one below or above and with 2 assigned parking spaces. So, no worries with your car during busy Holidays or the typical sunny beach weather!
The pictures show what you will find: a cozy apartment that has all the light and comforts of a well equipped home with the amenities of a hotel, like towels, blankets and fun. The kitchen has all the appliances, prep knives, and serving dishes you would want. The living room has a good selection of books for all ages and board games, movies for the kids and the young at heart, too. Isabella is fully furnished, with two bedrooms, where four or up to five persons will feel very comfortable. It also offers a washer, dryer, and laundry soap in situ.

Summary: Isabella was a great apartment that was in the best location of any rental on the island. Additionally, Zoraida was an exemplary host who was available, if needed, for any questions. She went above and beyond after we left, sending some belongings in the mail that we had left behind. Will be back if we get the chance.

Summary: A great visit to Coronado and the condo was everything we had hoped it woud be. Great space for a couple, close to all the shops and restaurants, and of course the beach is right down the street. Thanks for having us Zoraida and we hope to be back.

Summary: We were able to walk to the beach, or our favorite restaurants from this condo. The decor was colorful and charming. It was just my husband and myself, but it would be a perfect place for a family with young children. There were lots of books and games — and the condo had a happy vibe!

Summary: My wife and I again stayed at this property for 3 months after staying last December. The location is perfect, 2 blocks from the beach, 1 block from 10th and Orange Ave, the heart of Coronado. The owners, Zoraida and Dan are very caring , often inquiring how our stay was going and asking if they could be of assistance in any way. A nicely decorated unit in the best of locations. Highly recommend!!

Summary: Zoraida was fantastic - replied quickly and helped us along the way. The apartment is 1 block from Orange Av (main street in Coronado) and 2 1/2 blocks from the beautiful beach - perfect for experiencing Coronado. The apartment is quiet (except for the military aircraft) and peaceful. We enjoyed staying here for November. Would highly recommend it.

Summary: My wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our month long stay at this wonderful property. It is colorfully decorated in a true island style and is comfortable and well supplied with all the essentials. Located one block from Coronado Beach and one block from the heart of town, the perfect place from which to enjoy the best of the Coronado lifestyle. Enjoy evening walks to the venerable Hotel Dell to enjoy its nightlife. As and avid bicyclist, the island provides easily accessible trails to ride up and down or around the Silver Strand and surrounding area. The owners are so accommodating and friendly, willing to assist if any issues arise. We enjoyed our stay so much we have already booked for 3 months next year! A true testament to the quality of this property and the experience to be enjoyed.
