This spacious Stonewater Model has 3 bedrooms, 3 baths, with den/office and 3 car garage. Enter through double custom "deco" glass doors into luxury and space. Stunning tile floors throughout lead you into a great room that really earns the word "great" with soaring tray ceilings. The sleek, gourmet kitchen boasts custom white wood cabinets with pullouts, Quartz countertops, glass tile backsplash, upgraded stainless steel Kitchen Aid appliances, wall oven, microwave and walk in pantry. All the bathrooms have upgraded wood cabinets and quartz countertops. Summary: If you are seeking peace and quiet in a beautiful, gated Fort Myers community, this is the perfect home in a perfect location. Our family of 4 adults and 2 children spent 5-weeks here and after a week this home felt like our home. While getting acquainted with the home, I had a few inquiries for the homeowner, Cory, he responded to my inquiries immediately and always had answers for me. If modern design is your thing, this home fits the bill, it is beautiful throughout. Three bedrooms each with its own full bath with a breathtaking master suite. A separate office with desk and futon adds one more room for guests but was ideal for me to work remotely while we were here. The high-speed Comcast wi-fi worked perfectly throughout the property. A grand piano graces the living area. The kitchen is fully appliance with top-of-the-line stovetop, refrigerator, wall oven and microwave and the island is large and spacious with seating for five. Except when we were barbecuing on the lanai, It’s where we ate our meals although there is a kitchen table and a formal dining area. A wall of sliding doors leads out to an beautiful lanai with table and chairs, a living area with a couch, chairs, gas fire pit and smart TV on the wall. Built-in gas grill, wine fridge, sink and all the necessary cooking tools. The heated pool is immaculate and the view out the back is a peaceful pond. Privacy is terrific as this lot is situated at the end of the road so there is only one neighbor with the back and left side of the property totally private.
