Historic logs were lovingly reassembled and built onto in 1995, to create this charming cabin offering 3 bedrooms, 2.5 baths with a wooded backdrop and stream to enjoy. Recently renovated and new to the rental market, this almost 2,000 square foot home comfortably sleeps 10 guests with ample space for family fun inside and out!
Hot tub, free Wi-Fi, woodburning fireplace, Direct TV, flat screen TV’s, all new memory foam mattresses, fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer, expansive rear deck and fire pit are just a few of the amenities afforded in this unique cabin.
The first floor is home to the large living room with wood burning fireplace, 55” flat screen TV, half bath, kitchen with island seating and a large dining area. Upstairs boasts a loft ‘hangout’ area with trundle bed, flat screen TV and three bedrooms, alongside two full bathrooms.
Conveniently located only minutes from St Rt 33, top attractions such as Clear Creek Metro Park, Rhododendron Cove State Nature Preserve, Cantwell Cliffs, Lake Logan, Rockbridge Nature Preserve and many other Hocking Hills points of interest are easily accessible and all within 15 miles.
CHECK-OUT is 11 AM ET the day of your departure. Please adhere to the following check-out rules:
1) Trash - Empty all garbage cans and place in the large trash cans outside. Pull trash cans to the top of the driveway.
2) Linens - Strip all used bedding and place on the floor in the bedrooms; place all used towels on the floor in the bathrooms.
3) Refrigerator - Remove all items from the refrigerator and freezer and dispose in the trash cans provided outside.
HVAC – Configured to maximize your comfort! Heating can be set up to 74° and cooling down to 68°.
HOT TUB – The hot tub is properly treated for use & always remains “on” to recirculate the water. The temperature is set to maintain optimal heat; please do not adjust. Failure to adhere to Hot Tub safety rules may result in additional fees.
SMOKING – Prohibited inside the cabin; you may smoke outside, but please respect the property & dispose of all butts/remnants which may have been discarded on the grounds. An additional cleaning fee will be assessed If evidence of smoking is found in the cabin.
EVENTS - All weddings and/or events/parties must be pre-approved by the owner. An additional fee will be assessed accordingly.
