Summary:
This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 1 bath condo features an open layout with its own private deck or patio that you access through French doors. High end finishes including stainless appliances, granite counter tops, knotty alder cabinets, bamboo hardwood floors. This small quaint community features gated courtyard with large fountain and seating. Condo has flat screen Smart tv's with WIFI internet service.
The Space:
The bedrooms feature king-sized beds and Smart TVs with all your favorite streaming apps. Beautifully tiled bathtub/shower combination includes shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Bathroom features a large vanity with double-sinks.
Kitchen comes completely furnished with all cookware, bakeware, glasses, utensils, toaster and Keurig coffeemaker with coffee, creamer and sugar provided. Kitchen is open to the living room and features a bartop with barstools.
Washer/dryer are included, as well as one reserved parking space.

Our Condo is located just two blocks from the Country Club Plaza and the Westport area of Kansas City. Designed in 1922, the Plaza was built as the country's first suburban shopping district. Stroll through it's endless options of stores, restaurants and nightlife. Make sure to stop along the way to admire the art & architecture. Numerous fountains, sculptures and murals make the Plaza a true outdoor art gallery. Our condo is also in close proximity to Westport, Midtown, Downtown and the RiverMarket.
Getting Around:
If you opt to not bring a car, RideShare and taxi options are plentiful and easily available. KC Metro bus line also has a nearby stop.

• No parties or events. This is strictly not tolerated.
• No smoking of any kind, includes vaping. Charges assessed for smoking.
*Pets welcome with responsible owners; certain aggressive breeds not allowed. Please inquire with any questions.

Summary: Had a good stay at this property as we have in the past. Got unlucky this time and had romper room on the floor above us that had children running back and forth till 1 am. The host messaged them the first night and they finally stopped. Not so much luck the second night. Good, clean convenient property though

Summary: Mold in corner of bedroom. Unit was nothing like pictures that are on this site. Owner very hard to get reply from. Will not stay there again as we have many return trips to KC.

Summary: This unit is located in an apartment building. It is surrounded by other units on all sides so keep that in mind. The place was large and the bed was comfortable, but it was dirty (dust everywhere, dead bugs in the tub) and smelled of weed; which may have leaked in from the nearby courtyard/tenants but it was pervasive. We were also required to pay a hundred dollar deposit plus provide a photo of our ID and face when checking in that was not detailed when we booked. We did receive the deposit back, but this should be explained before booking, especially since they use an outside app to collect the funds.

Summary: Sometimes you can’t tell from the online listing, but this is in an apartment-style building on the bottom floor. It felt like a basement and the bathroom had some mustiness. There are neighbors walking around above you so I was glad I brought my ear plugs. Otherwise we really enjoyed the short walk to Plaza shopping and restaurants. We slept well and enjoyed the coffee that was provided.

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Westport! Location was within walking distance to the Country Club Plaza. The assigned parking spot was a plus! This is an older apartment complex, so comes with some old house vibes - door might stick, water dripped in bathtub, but the beds were super comfortable, temperature was easy to control, all the amenities you would need were provided. There is an adorable courtyard for all the occupants to share that would be fun to hang out in on a warmer day. You do have to go up 2 half flights of stairs. It was a very nice stay! We would definitely stay here again!

Summary: I injured my back the day before and was unable to travel. I tried to notify but found no way to. Hated to miss the trip I’m sure I would have enjoyed

Summary: Maybe because we arrived when it was dark that we had difficulty finding the parking lot and enterance to the building. Signs were not visible or apparent. The guests upstairs were parked halfway into our designated spot. And often smoking on the patio that we could smell in our unit.
