Positive: The warm welcome from Sandy made the cold weather all the better =) Comfortable and welcoming home.. A quite neighborhood, best way to unwind after a long day of touring and walking in the city. Loved the kitchen, felt like home. Lots of grocery stores and eateries around.
Negative: The heater is centralised, timing is fixed. There will be times when it is cold. The shower area is a little cramp, it is ok for asians like me, but i think anyone bigger in size will have difficulty getting in. It is quite a distance from central London, about 50min tube ride, 30min by car with lots of traffic.

Positive: Don’t want to review as I’d like to keep this place a secret for future use haha but I have to say it’s the perfect place for visiting anywhere in London due to the tube station location being close ! Perfect and clean, hastle free !

Positive: The house is very cozy, very nice decorated, clean. It has all the supplies you need for a comfortable stay. The host was extremely nice and polite, she helped us promptly.
Negative: It's not very close to the city centre, but it is indeed very close to a tube station, so it's not actually that bad. The neighbourhood, on the other hand, is very nice and quiet. The only downside of this property is that there is a shared kitchen and I believe there are people living there long-term and the smell of cooked food every evening is not exactly what you wish for in your room during a city break, but it was not unknown that there was a shared kitchen, so it's just that we had different expectations. Internet speed was slow in our room, which was located far from the router, maybe additional routers might help.

Positive: Beautiful residence. At times it was even nicer than the photos. Parking is included, safely on the driveway. So close to the tube station and also lots of shops and takeaways.

She even offered us a different room that suited our needs a bit more closely--and refunded us the price difference in cash on the spot!
