Summary: The property is new and clean. It was a perfect location between our two main Thanksgiving week visits. In the other days, it was handy to shopping and restaurants. The only slight issue was paper products were not well stocked, (we had to buy our own) and the Main floor bedroom got a bit too chilly in the cold nights. Overall, great stay.

Summary: Beautiful modern home in a great quiet neighborhood. Walking distance to downtown Wayzata restaurants and shops. House is new and very modern. Equipped with top of the line appliances. Doesn’t really have an outdoor space, which is a miss. There is a table and chairs, but they needed to be wiped down and not in a great location to be able to enjoy. Host Frederick was great. Friendly and very responsive. Check in process is a little dated with just a single key to share. There is a front door and garage door key pad that would be great if able to use. Not a big deal, but would make it more convenient for guests coming and going. Would definitely recommend this place. There was plenty of room for us to stay. We each had our own private sleeping space. Rooms are spread out in the house with bathrooms for each room. House is equipped with amenities and essentials. Overall a great home and we definitely enjoyed our stay.
