Summary: We had a great stay. The apartment is cozy and charming with a nice big bedroom for my wife and me and a comfortable queen-sized Murphy bed for my daughter in the living room. All the appliances are new and it feels freshly renovated. Before our stay, I was concerned about a lack of light because it is a walkout on the lower level, but the light turned out to be fine. A short walk from downtown Wayzata, it was perfect for us as we were visiting my parents who live downtown. For basic living, you don't even need a car. Very walkable. Finally, the host Adlon was very responsive, as was the housekeeper Ingrid. Their service was above and beyond. Many thanks to both of them!

Summary: We loved being so close to restaurants and bike trails! Lake Minnetonka is gorgeous and everything was so accessible to this property. Would stay there again.

Summary: I stayed for several nights with my children and was perfectly happy with our experience. The apartment is adorable and has been decorated with attention to every detail. Location is perfect—in a quiet residential neighborhood yet just a short walk to the lake or to restaurants and shops. We especially enjoyed the beach in downtown Wayzata. The owner was so helpful that even though she was out of town, she sent her mother to check on us and help us resolve an issue we had. I have stayed in multiple vacation rentals, but I have never experienced such true hospitality before. I look forward to staying again.
