Summary: Great location - easy parking and close to the beach. Property is clean and AC works well. The bathroom has little shelf or counter space. Suggest put a shelf on top of the toilet will be great improvement.

Summary: This was a great, spacious, condo that is less than a 5 minute walk to the beach. However, it smelt like smoke. The listing said it was non-smoking. And while the unit itself might have been, the complex certainly wasn't. It was so bad that we had to go out and by an air freshener and fragrance spray to try and fight the smell. While we enjoyed our stay and being so close to the beach, it would have been better if the condo didn't smell like smoke.

Summary: Condo was exactly as pictured, clean and cute. Lovely view from the deck in the morning. Neighbors were all very friendly. Amy was lovely to communicate with and always responded right away. We would love to come back next year.

Summary: Amy's place is exactly as described. Great location. Very clean, cute apartment with an amazing view of the beach across the street. We reached out to Amy about WIFI before we booked, she responded quickly and assured us WIFI was great and it was. We would happily stay here again next year.

Summary: Short weekend visit for the first time in Brigantine and very much enjoyed our stay. Nice, residential area and close to everything you need. Very short ride to AC. Look forward to going back in the summer. The condo was perfect size for me and my husband.
