Summary: One of the best homes we have stayed in on the coast. The remodel was gorgeously done, it was well appointed with anything you could possibly need, spotlessly clean, and perfect location. Check in and check out process was seamless and property management was readily available if needed. We look forward to returning soon :)

So nice to be able to reach a person. The kitchen was great and well stocked with everything we could need. My only complaint is that the two bedrooms in the lowest floor/garage level had a strong mildew odor. For that reason alone I couldn’t have guests sleep there and wouldn’t rent this house again.

Summary: This is a large house, a half block from one of the best beaches in Oregon. It is perfect for a fairly large family reunion with lots of room to gather and sleep and cook and play. The large basement game room is perfect for kids of all ages. The large deck/wraparound porch has terrific views.

We would appreciate a few more food prep knives. Everything was clean and maintained and that’s always a plus. This is a solid quality built house! The views from the deck and dining room are stunning. The cute Manzanita town and beautiful beach is walkable for most. Everyone from 82 to 4 years had a memorable time! Management was friendly and helpful, too!
