Sandpiper Surf is a newly remodeled, single story, two-bedroom, two-and-a-half-bath home situated steps from Nehalem Bay State Park in Manzanita, Oregon. The beach is only a short six-minute walk from the house, and it’s just a twenty-minute walk or five-minute bike ride to town. Bring the dog and enjoy all the scenery on your walk into town for shopping, coffee, and more. This home is perfect for one small family or two couples wanting to get away for a memorable beach retreat.
Stepping through the front door, you will feel right at home with the open floor plan, cozy wood stove, and sectional sofa that converts to a queen-sized hide-a-bed. The recent update for this home includes new floors and furnishings that reflect modern beach decor. The dining table can seat eight with the leaf inserted and is open to the newly remodeled kitchen. The well-stocked kitchen has beautiful quartz slab countertops, unique acrylic drawer pulls and cupboard knobs, and absolutely everything you'll need to prepare a delicious meal.
Nearby is the upgraded hall bathroom with a tub/shower and large vanity. Beyond the bathroom is the first queen bedroom with a large closet and dresser. Just off the kitchen area there's a room with a twin-size daybed, TV, and attached half bath. This would be an excellent area for the kids to hang out and watch a movie while the adults are cooking. Separated from this room by a door, the primary bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed with a large en-suite bathroom with double sinks. You'll love the spacious walk-in shower! Summary: Great renovated cabin with modern features. Close to beach. Comfy beds. Clean. Didn't get to use the ping pong room as it was cold weather, Thanksgiving weekend, but the hot tub was wonderful.

Summary: My family of 4 spent 5 nights and absolutely loved our stay! It was a short walk (~3 blocks) to the beach, yet a quiet location. Had everything we needed to cook, and the hot tub and outside gas fireplace where amazing. A short drive to restaurants, but a perfect spot for access to the state park. Would definitely stay here again!

Summary: We loved our stay at the Sandpiper Surf. Manzanita Beach Getaway sent all the needed information prior to our arrival and even let us know that the house was available earlier than the set check-in time. What a bonus! The space was comfortable and we enjoyed the big front deck, the warm light, the hot tub and the fun converted garage with ping pong table and games. The walk to the beach and in town were both simple. We would certainly stay here again.

Summary: The home was well appointed and clean with everything we needed. It was nice to have bedroom separation. The wood burning stove was nice on a cold, wet day. The only knock was that the hot tub is quite old, estimating 15+ years so we didn't make much use of it. Otherwise, great location and perfect for what we needed.

Summary: We spent 4 lovely nights with our puppster in Sandpiper Surf and had a wonderful time. Not only is the house nicely decorated and the kitchen well-appointed, but the house is conveniently located close to the state park and a short walk to the beach. We can't wait to return!

Summary: Our family had a great time here. The house has everything you’d need for a longer stay and is an easy walk to the beach. It’s a bit further from the Main Street but with the bikes it’s an easy ride to all the shops. We’ve already rebooked for next summer!

Summary: We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The property fit our needs perfectly. There was plenty of room for everyone. The back yard fire pit, hot tub, and garage ping pong table were perfect places to spend the evenings. The kitchen is extremely well-stocked. We felt the owners had thought of everything. The team was okay with which to work. We had to change our dates quite a while before our reservation and it seemed to take a bit of explaining to manage. There was also a fee to change our dates which seemed excessive so far out.
