This upscale private home is in amazing location and has everything to offer. Sits in the heart of Mission Beach, just steps from the beach, sand and ocean. Walking distance to Belmont Park, outdoor attractions, eateries and bars. Easy access to everything the beach lifestyle has to offer: surfing, paddle boarding, biking, scootering and much more, including the most incredible sunsets!
The house has a great open space with luxury furnishings and gourmet kitchen. Fully stocked with everything you need for a perfect vacation! Central A/C!!!
The master bedroom has a king bed with its own private bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a separate bathroom. Both bedrooms have a TV too. Also included are 2 queen deluxe air mattress for extra sleeping. There are also 2 Pack n Plays. All linens are provided. Kitchen fully stocked and not only a Keurig but a regular cofferr maker as well. An extra cooling fridge for extra space or for your favorite beverages.
Another nice feature is the extremely large deck with lots of seating and a gas BBQ, and a firepit for evening relaxation.
Want to head to the beach? Provided for you and your family are boogie boards, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels and sand toys. There is even a surf board. Having a private home like this will make you feel very comfortable and right at home that you’ll want to come back!
Please note, the house is on a quiet courtside that has several permanent residents. Absolutely no loud noise, and no parties whatsoever! Quiet time is from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. Families and couples are definitely welcome, but no party groups. All guests must be over 30, except for families with children. The person who is renting the house must occupy the entire stay. If any of the house rules are broken and management is made aware of improper behavior, eviction will be enforced with no refunds of any monies paid. Please confirm you can adhere to all house rules prior to renting this place. This home is not suitable for group parties and loud type events. Thank you!!

Summary: We stayed at the house with our 3 kids for spring break and it was EXCELLENT! House was exactly as advertised - and even better in person! Great location to the beach, local shops and food. Belmont park is around the corner. House is fully stocked...especially for families - beach toys, beach cart, laundry baskets in each room, etc. We truly enjoyed our stay and hope to be back!

Summary: My wife and I take our granddaughter to the beach every summer. This house and location are as good or better than any prior visit. The floor plan makes the most out of the space it has. It is very open and you get the feel it is bigger than it is. Cyndi, the Property Manager, is one of several reasons we will strongly consider coming back to this house next year. She is very easy to communicate with, extremely responsive, and simply nice to talk to while remaining completely professional. It is a very short walk to either the Bay or the Ocean. We even walked to Belmont Park one day. It is modern, very clean and well kept. I speak from experience and if you are at all familiar with the properties in this area, I can't imagine how you could be disappointed with this choice. Highly recommend!
