Positive: Owners are thoughtful with the setup. Coffee pots, beach towels, board games, ect. Dock had fun water toys. Beds were comfortable. House is very clean. Owners respond quickly with questions or concerns. Hot tub is clean. Plenty of private space for my family of 8.
Negative: Was sent 4 different door codes with welcome email. Had to call to get right one. Cell service is spotty so it was a little diificult to call the owner for code. Owner responded immediately with code and we were in.
Summary: Wonderful!

Positive: We just loved this house as it was perfect for our extended family gathering over the 4th of July. Plenty of room for everyone. We appreciated the water toys, beach towels, extra blankets, the game/movie room, amazing kitchen and seating for everyone. This will be a rental experience that we remember for many years to come.
Negative: Booking.com did not send the correct access code, we did not get responses back on our questions prior to our stay when submitted via booking.com. We were short serving bowls (only 2) and we wish we could have turned down the A/C (make it less cold) as the basement people were cold at night.
Summary: This will be a rental experience that the whole family fondly remembers for many years to come.

Positive: Clean in every way. Beds all very comfortable. Door code did not work at arrival but one quick phone call solved the problem (i.e., great communication)! Game room was great. Lots of fun water toys including 2 sit on top kayaks and a sup. Basic supplies (coffee and some staples) were nice.
Negative: Property is very remote. Outside trash cans up steep (but short) driveway. Was a battle to keep raccoons out of cans. Saw a scorpion in garage (no big deal as this is their habitat; just an fyi)! but no live bugs in house at all. The walk down to the dock is fairly steep - not so great for elderly folks. Railings would be a great addition. Cell service very weak (with Verizon). Was surprised to see ash trays on porch but no cigarette smell at all anywhere. In sum, a great place for larger group.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, but remote!

Positive: My family and I was completely blown away with this house. Everything was in perfect condition and clean. I will be back next year and I will be recommending the home and company to friends and family.
Negative: The walkway to the dock needs to have lights for the path. There was a lot of bugs coming into the house and we couldn't figure out where they were coming from.
Summary: Perfect sized home for a large family. Easy booking and communications.
