Amazing Valley - This 4 bedroom home earns its name from the awesome views up and down the Susquehanna River valley and the gentle rolling hills on either side of the valley. This is a great choice for a relaxing and fun-filled vacation for the whole family. It sits on a large parcel of 4 acres. It is a ranch home built into a gentle knoll with a finished walk out basement - referred to as lower level. A hedge of mature evergreens shields the home from the road noise and provides privacy. A circular drive provides easy entry to the road.
The above ground swimming pool is 24' in diameter and 4' deep. The pool is surrounded with tasteful decking and landscaping. An expansive balcony runs along the whole back of the home. It features outside dining and relaxing. Enjoy beautiful sunrises over the rolling hills across the valley.
There are 4 bedrooms - each with a queen bed. Two bedrooms are on the main floor and two are on the lower level. There are 2 baths- 1 on main floor, off the hallway with a tub & a shower, 1 on the lower level, off the hallway with a shower.
This home has a Rinnai “on-demand” hot water system and a whole house water filter system. There is a very user-friendly kitchen on the main level and another galley kitchen on the lower level as well. This home has a washer / dryer on the lower level. There is Central A/C on the main level, while the lower level is naturally cooled with geothermal.

Summary: The property was perfect for my family and the other family that stayed with us. Beautiful views and nice house and very convenient for us to go to Dreams Park. Mostly clean but some spots needed some work. Also had an ant problem, hard to control in a rural spot in the summer.

Summary: We enjoyed our week at Amazing Valley on our fifth and final trip to Dreams Park. It was spacious, we were able to cook, relax, hang out, and swim. It was nice to only have a short drive to the park each day and to be able to go back and forth multiple times if necessary. We had easy access to restaurant and grocery stores.

Summary: Amazing valley was the perfect place to stay while our son played in Cooperstown. We shared with two other couples, and it was more than enough room. The deck was absolutely breathtaking to enjoy our coffee in the morning. We loved watching the deer frolic through the yard. The owner was incredibly responsive as was the property manager.
