Positive: Staff was very acommadating. View was fantastic. Great fire pit. Screened in porch very nice. Went in fall so no pool or hot tub. Bbq grills nice and clean.
Negative: Went in fall. Website says room service? Not when we were there. All brochures in room need to be tossed and updated.

Positive: The location is perfect, close to Cooperstown Dreams Park. Very convenient location for the baseball fields and to the town of Cooperstown, along with the lake beach. Great restaurants close as well. Upstate Bar and Grill and Bocca are both excellent. Double Day restaurant in Cooperstown provides both good breakfast and lunch. The staff, Brian and Carl were very friendly, informative, and great to chat with each day.
Negative: The only two changes that would make the rooms better would be different pillows and a larger bathroom. The door to the bathroom in our room made it difficult to move around especially when two people are trying to get ready at the same time. bring your own pillows if you are particular. the room bed pillows are a less desirable.
Summary: Great place, perfect location, and friendly staff. Convenient to everything, yet private.
