Summary: The apartment certainly met our needs as we were in town for a few days exploring prior to a cruise. Location was fantastic and in a very safe building. It was a great space and very clean. We did experience some issues with getting the key as apparently the prior people did not return it……Maggie was quick to respond and it was resolved asap. I would definitely stay here again if in the area and highly recommend

Summary: Excellent apartment in downtown Vancouver. Reading the other reviews knew that we would have to collect keys from nearby (300m) convenience store so just arranged for the taxi to stop there first. Well provisioned with tea and coffee and everything is there for those who want to use the kitchen and cook in. Maggie communicated well and it was a very enjoyable stay, Vancouver has a lot to offer!

Summary: Our stay was just as advertised. A clean and quiet suite with everything we needed. Close to many amenities (grocery/alcohol etc) and an easy walk to the Aqua bus and other attractions. There was no Kleenex or face cloths - but otherwise had everything we needed Good communication with our host who responded to my inquiries. Thank you

Summary: This was our first VRBO experience, so I might be a little unfair, but it would have been a lot easier to stay at a hotel for the one night before our cruise. We did not clearly understand that we had to go to a 7-11 to get the key. Then didn’t realize the key had a fob needed to enter the building. We knocked on window and a security guard explained the process to us. Upon leaving, we had to have the driver take us back to the 7-11 to return the key. It felt like a lot of work for a one night stay.
