Negative: Elevators malfunctioned on last day, making departure from the 29th floor a hassle. Also the air conditioning unit is a free-standing unit in the living room and is annoyingly noisy.
Summary: All in all, a fun place to stay, but no bargain.

Positive: Literally perfect. Home was amazing, perfectly equipped with everything and with an incredibile view. Building had a gym and a jacuzzi on the last floor, with a 360 view on Vancouver, priceless. Position close to Canada place, Lookout, underground and many other. Host very kind, fast and reacting, also offered for a night the own park, taking personally the remote control for the garage: really really appreciated. Looking forward to coming back soon.
Negative: Nothing to say, maybe just a little noisy in the night (emergency vehicles sirens) and curtains not so strong to stop the sun light in the morning (jet lag was more annoying than this). But honestly, nothing to complain about at all.
Summary: Amazing apartment, building and host. Everything perfect.
