This lovely one bedroom one bath condo has beautiful mountain views of Sugarloaf, views of pond for skating and fishing, on shuttle route and close to clubhouse and tennis courts. Snubber trail two minutes away, walking trails . Enjoy this condo inside and out. two TV's, propane heat stove, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, dishwasher , carpeted , clean and sunny, outside enjoy a coffee or tottie while watching the activity on the pond or gazing at the mountain. On the shuttle route and association clubhouse with pool , hot tubs and game room available to our guests. Private ski locker at condo .

Summary: This was a great place to stay and was close to the Snubber Lift--you walk right over. Charming interior, fun community center (walk right to it also), and nice amenities. Host was helpful in communication. Would stay again!

Summary: The condo worked well for our group of three. The location is very convenient and two of us slept on the pull out sofa no problem.

Summary: The photos don't do this place justice! I stayed with my teenage son for four days after Christmas. He snowboards and I do not. I was envisioning I'd have to drive him to Sugarloaf every morning and pick him up at the end of the day. But he could walk to the end of the road and ski right down the mountain. He would get up and leave on his own, then at the end of the day he'd call me and tell me he was walking down the street. I was so happy sitting on the couch all day, working, and looking out the window. The wood stove was the kind where you just flip the switch and turn on, so I was pleasantly surprised that I could use it easily. I found everything I needed in the kitchen and there were plenty of towels in the linen closet. There are five people in my family and I went alone with my son so the place felt enormous to me! But the bedroom was the only place with privacy. I woke up my son when I was sneaking in for a late-night snack. We didn't use any of the common facilities (pool or clubhouse). It could not have been better - thanks Laura and Tom!
