Amazing Views is Lake City's "Premiere" Vacation Rental! From its perfect location, to the absolutely amazing views and the lake cottage feel, you will love this home! Enjoy Adirondack chairs under the pergola in the summer and cuddle up by the rustic, red brick gas fireplace in the winter. A perfect home for every season. Just a block away from Ohuta Beach and the Marina.
This home is unique and special in so many ways. It is located just 65 miles southeast of the Twin Cities and 35 miles northeast of Rochester, MN (home to the Mayo Clinic). Lake City is a lovely 'seaside-like' town on Minnesota's South Shore of Lake Pepin.
Its cozy, New England Coastal style is sure to please the most discerning guests. It's a spacious 4 bedroom home that comfortably accommodates 2 to 10 people. The home has been completely remodeled with all new ceilings, floors, walls, windows, doors, mechanicals, bathrooms and a modern kitchen (stainless steel appliances and solid granite counter tops).
The spacious living room, dining room (with custom made farm house table) and kitchen are all open which creates a wonderful "Great Room" space for entertaining family & friends. Each room throughout the house has a wonderful view of the Lake. There is a 42" smart TV that sits on the mantle of a two sided red brick fireplace. The living room features comfortable furnishings, a game table and those unbelievable views of Lake Pepin. The stone patio (with pergola) in front of the house provides more than 300 sq. ft of luxurious outdoor space and has a fire pit surrounded by comfortable Adirondack chairs and a covered picnic table porch. The perfect place to spend quality time together or just take in the beautiful scenery.
The house - (Sleeps up to 10) - 1800 square feet and has four bedrooms & two baths. The master bedroom suite has a king size bed, private sitting area with a second TV & that red brick fireplace. This room has beautiful windows that offer an absolutely breathtaking view of Lake Pepin and Maiden Rock. The second bedroom on the main floor is also very large and has two queen size beds. There are two bedrooms on the second level along with a second full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen size bed with those amazing views of Lake Pepin in every direction you look. The other upstairs bedroom has 2 comfy twin beds that kids and kids at heart will love!
The kitchen is complete in every respect and features stainless steel appliances and solid granite counter tops. The kitchen counter has a peninsula that is perfect for gathering around; sitting four for meals or serving guests. The dining room features a large table that can seat 10 very comfortably.
Amazing Views is the perfect place for family or friends to get away to. There is lots of open space, yet privacy for those who choose to go to bed early or sleep-in.

Summary: What a wonderful place to stay and what wonderful hosts too! The house is impeccable and has literally everything that you might need during your stay plus it is squeaky clean and extremely comfortable. Then there is the view of lake Pepin and the sailboats from several rooms inside and also the porch and deck out front! Very nice indeed. You'll be hard-pressed to ever find a better place to stage your vacation or get-a-way.

Summary: Stayed for 3 nights with elderly Mother and 6 siblings. We had adequate space. The house did have Great Lake views and was exactly as depicted in pictures. It also was very clean and had everything that you would need. The weather was beautiful so we really enjoyed the outdoor furniture, grill and fire pit. We even had 3 bald eagles each day in the tree right across road we enjoyed watching. The only suggestion I have would be to have downstairs bathroom be a shower only so it would be easier for elderly guests

Summary: It was a perfect stay. The house has so many amenities like 2 refrigerators, extra kitchen shelves etc. Best part was watching 2 eagles fly in and out of the tree across the street. Town was very friendly and good hikes in the area.

Summary: The house is beautiful and the hosts have gone above and beyond to anticipate your every need. The views are “amazing “ and that is no exaggeration. Every morning we walked directly across the street to stand beneath a giant cottonwood and gazed up at the bald eagles perched above. Amazing!
