Summary: Room was clean and comfortable. Located within walking distance to venues in the Power and Light district. Car valet service was efficient. As with big cities, significant number of homeless in the area. Our television did not work. When the desk was told they said there was not maintenance staff to fix it. No attempt was made to compensate us in any way for the failure of that amenity.

Summary: The rating would have been excellent, but it all got let down on the last night with both a half day Wifi outage that also took out the TV so allowed no in room entertainment. No offer of alternatives given. Also to top this a client wedding turned into a ruckus of crying door slamming and shouting to 1 am.

Summary: We liked everything about the property with the exception of not having hot water most of the visit. We were told that the older part of the hotel, where we stayed, has hot water issues occasionally.
