Positive: Very pleasant lady that worked on reception. The noise insulation is maybe a bit weaker. The location is great for family vacations, but it can also be good for other tourists, because the public transport is very frequent in that part of the city. Breakfast was excellent and staff in the kitchen is very professional. Special attraction is the recorded voice of the anouncer lady in the elevator. 😆 Finally, this is a really good hotel for any occasion, and value for money ratio is very good.

Positive: Nice staff. We had some minor issues, but the staff was helpful and quickly provided solutions for our comfort. Although the hotel is old-style, I found it a good experience, like something antique.
Negative: The swimming pool is not mentioned on the website as being closed in winter. It would be nice if a small fridge were provided in the room. Breakfast was okay but repetitive, with only small changes from time to time. Regarding the location, it is good for rest and recreation. However, it was tiring to travel to Valletta; it was around 51 stops, as the bus service was slow, made many stops, and was unreliable. It is around 18 km, and that took up to 90 minutes by bus.!!
Summary: Good place to relax, a bitaway from the attractions.

Positive: The room had a balcony which has an amazing view of the sea. They had a restaurant and play area for kids on site. Breakfast had few selections but then we asked the server if we can have English breakfast and they prepared for us. The omelette was baked to perfection every time!!!! We took our small dog with us at the hotel (we messaged them before to make sure if we can and it was approved beforehand) and she could even join us to the restaurant for breakfast and dinner. The female server given her a bowl with water to drink from and was really helpful and always with a smile. At the restaurant they had a seafood platter for 2 which was amazing!! The female reception was really sweet and very welcoming. Even when we called to ask for the dinner menu, the male receptionist passed the menu under the door room which we really appreciated his quick response. Even though the hotel is a three star hotel and need some room updates, it was a lovely and enjoyable stay!! To all the staff and management, thank you!!
Negative: The room needs some refurbishment. It had a very small TV (maybe 16 inch) and it was a bit hard to watch anything from the bed. Also, it had limited channels that one could watch. The ribeye was a bit well done when we asked for a medium to rare.
