Summary: Nice hotel. Very family friendly. The hotel is nice and clean, but the rooms cold be cleaner. When we opened the balcony door the dust flew out from under the bed. The bathroom had awful smell when the shower was not in use, also most of the time. The rooms are a bit worn down, but rest of the hotel is nice. The food is delicious, and the drinks are good. Nice and friendly staff. Amazing sea view from the rooms.

Summary: This is a great hotel with fantastic staff who are so friendly and helpful. The food choice was great, especially at Sunday lunchtime when locals book tables for their families. Then the choice of starters and desserts were amazing. My husband loved the meat, so tender with delicious sauces. As a vegetarian I always found something to enjoy but was a bit disappointed with the salad choices, lots had meat or fish and no prunes or figs at breakfast! Our room was massive, a huge lounge area, almost a waste of space the way it was designed but we loved it, as with the sea view. We were never troubled by noise as some suggest. The main pool was always busy, with lots playing ball or children playing. The 4 smaller pools were only really dipping pools, not for swimming. However the indoor pool was great for doing lengths. Our stand out staff were our cleaners on floor 8, Riina particularly and Palmina in the Side Street bar. Choice of AI drinks included most branded drinks.

Summary: I don't normally stay in big hotels, but this was an excellent experience. My wife is in a wheelchair and the amenities for her were perfect, big rooms and great views if you are at the front of the hotel. Food was excellent literally no complaints

Summary: We just stayed here for 4 nights, and I've gotta say it was an amazing visit. The hotel was in a great location, easy to get a bus or taxi from, or a nice stroll into town. The hotel had plenty to keep you occupied day and evening, and the food was amazing.

Summary: Very loud. Slamming doors throught the night and lots of drunk screaming people. Beds hard as sleeping on the floor. Otherwise nice.
