Positive: It was a very relaxing, quiet stay that had everything I needed, and enabled me to do the work I needed to do. The bathroom was beautiful and the bed was lovely and comfortable. Everything felt very luxurious.

Negative: As there was no microwave I did need to go out and get takeaways for dinner which did limit my dinner options.

Positive: Very comfortable and spacious, continental breakfast provided was excellent. A modern ensuite room slightly separate from the main house in a nice quiet area of Palmerston North which is easily accessed from any direction you might arrive from. It's always our first choice if we need to stay in Palmy!

Positive: This property has to be seen to be believed. Such tasteful furnishings. Very generous with breakfast supplies and other goods. The toiletries are of a superb quality . The owner of the property gives so much privacy and even though you use the same entrance to come and go it is really private. Good parking facilities also.

Negative: There is nothing to dislike about this property.

Summary: Luxury B & B at an amazing price. Such value for money.
