Positive: A nice modern and cozy home. Location was very handy, convenient parking spot, quiet area, ample room, clean, had everything we needed for an awesome weekend getaway for a friend's wedding.
Negative: Maybe would've liked another double/queen bed in the other room instead of two singles but honestly not an issue. It was fine. Nothing to dislike.

Positive: Unit was clean and the beds were comfy and there was a lot of attention to details .
Negative: The host could have supplied a little bit of milk in the fridge as we had just finished a long drive and wanted a cup of coffee so we immediately had to go to the shops to get some milk. There should have been a remote supplied with the garage door as it was a hassle coming and going from the garage. No hand towel supplied not even a holder available for a hand towel in the bathroom .
Summary: I would have given it a 5 star if the other 3 small Issues were addressed.

The check-in and check-out processes were seamless, and the host was exceptionally responsive, promptly addressing a minor issue with the oven. The house offered lovely amenities, making it easy and enjoyable to cook meals at home. The private garage space provided convenient parking for our car during the rainy weather. We also appreciated the private front yard, creating a welcoming indoor‑outdoor vibe. Overall, it was a pleasant and comfortable stay - highly recommended.

Positive: The house was lovely, tidy, modern, simple and really comfortable. The weather wasn't the greatest our 2nd day there and it was so nice to stay indoors and relax the whole day. The host was super lovely and comms was efficient & very easy!! I made a couple of recommendations privately and they were sorted by the next day 😊 price, location and parking were great! I would most definitely stay again on my next trip to palmerston and would recommend anyone looking for a quiet spot, close to everything you need - this is the place!
