Positive: Very interesting architecthre of the hotel. A lot of strange solutions everywhere, a lot of colours. Overall we liked the stay. Very good location about 10-15 min walk to the Malcesine castle. The pool was rather good with an amazing view to the lake Garda. Very good breakfast. We had a big room with a terrace. The staff was amazing, very helpful and friendly. They even made a tour of all the facilities of the hotel. Parking on the roof with a direct elevator the the hotel lobby.
Negative: Some of the things looks a bit worn out but did not bother us.
Summary: Nice stay right on the Garda lake beach

Positive: The room that we booked didn´t have the view to the lake, so the staff offered us an upgrade to another room, for the same price, which we accepted. However, the new room had some problems with its toilet. Therefore, the staff offered us a new upgrade to a new room for the same price. This new room, where we finally stayed, was amazing. It was located in the upper floor and had a beautiful view to the lake and mountains around.
Negative: When i booked the first room, i didn´t know it didn´t have a view to the lake. However, the staff was always really friendly and helpful and they were keen to offer us an upgrade to a better room, for the same price. Therefore, I guess they only have to fix this information in their website, making it clear.
Summary: Amazing view, amazing location.

Positive: Breakfast was great with lots of options. The room was nice and big, clean, very comfortable beds. The location of the hotel is perfect. Right at the beach, short walk to town. The arhitecture of the hotel is impressive. The restaurant has the best view of the lake and so does the pool. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Overall it will be hard to find a better hotel than this. We had a great vacation and will be back.

Positive: We had a good check in with an efficient member of staff who took us to our room. We found the room / hotel in general quite quirky - a sort of warehouse style which seemed a little unusual. The view from our room was beautiful - looking over Lake Garda to Limone. The restaurant was good with great staff and good food.
Negative: I wasn't a fan of the warehouse style - the corridors were so dark and gloomy. The room was comfortable but the beds and pillows not so much. There wasn't any coffee in the room but we had our own - but there was no spoon! It was fine - just not my sort of thing.
Summary: Beautiful views over Lake Garda in an unusual hotel.
