Positive: Very well equipped house, breathtaking view of Kilimanjaro, amazing staff. Sam is the best: diligent, careful, attentive, helped us buying train tickets, and amazing chef! His dishes are delicious! Looking forward to repeat!
Negative: No wifi - but just disconnect and admire the astonishing Kilimanjaro

Positive: Good position, close to Amboseli Park. Staff is friendly and available to assist you on every request you have. Breakfast is served directly to your room and you have to pre-order it the day before (stating what you eat/drink and what time you'd like to eat). You can also have lunch and dinner at an additional cost of 10 us dollar per person per meal. The host can help you planning the transfer from/to the airport as well as from/to other accomodations you have booked in your trip; he also organized a full-day game drive inside the Amboseli Park and a half-day hiking to the Kenyan slope of Kilimangiaro mountain, which is close as well. Our room had a very nice view on Kilimangiaro mountain.
Negative: Our room didnt have the hair dryer and we had to explicitly request it multiple times. The hotel is located in the countryside, so expect insects in you room coming from outside.
Summary: A good spot to explore Amboseli and Kilimangiaro

Positive: Breakfast was reaaly good, prepared by the amazing chef Nancy. Excellent view of Mount Kilimanjaro.
Negative: Soooo many spiders inside the house everywhere, some were really big, fast & too scary. Kids had a nightmare sleep. Approx 45 minutes drive to Amboseli park Kimana gate.

Positive: Family friendly place with firepit and communal swimming pool. We had breakfast and dinner at Amboseli house and the food was excellent. Vegetables came straight from the garden.

Positive: Property has a really good view on Mount Kilimanjaro, particularly from the pool (and if you know how to use AI to erase unnecessary items in the background)
Negative: 1) roof was leaking in one room during the rain; 2) no warm water in the bathrooms also shower was in the middle of the bathroom without drainage system; 3) it was a struggle to find the accommodation - no signs, road was awful and during rain the area was flooded. Without experienced driver and 4x4 car we would not be able to cross the muddy streams on our way back.
Summary: It was a reasonable staying, overpriced though.

Positive: The views were amazing, Mt kilimanjaro views were awesome, the ambience was worth the distance, Staff were awesome, Chef Sam knows what he's doing,..its a good place to spend with family.. Bonfire on time..
Negative: The 1 bedroom that I had booked was so dumb.. I'm lucky that I got to stay another room (kilimanjaro chalet).. Water is a problem especially hot water.. You have to request for it.. WiFi issues.. Network issues.. . Don't rely on Google maps you'll get lost.. Especially joining the rough road..

Positive: Our stay was truly delightful! The apartment was large, clean, and beautifully maintained, with plenty of space to relax and feel at home. It’s located in a safe and convenient area, perfect for exploring or simply unwinding in peace. The host was exceptional — always cheerful, attentive, and ready to help with anything we needed.
