Positive: Great location, right on the beach. Very good facilities. E.g. plenty of pool and beach loungers available for the number of guests, so no problem getting a 'good spot' on both the beach and at the pool. Nice breakfast options and a large variety. Friendly and helpful staff. Very happy with our room and view. We were allowed to change with no fuss and the guy genuinely wanted us to choose a room that we were happy with. Rooms were cleaned daily and to a high standard.
Negative: Beds are small. The hotel is aware but beds were custom made for the rooms so its difficult to change. WiFi available but not great. This is possibly not the fault of the hotel though. A lot of UK guests were there after getting their Turkey teeth.
Summary: Really enjoyed our stay. Great location, facilities and staff.

Positive: Hotels was beautiful! Exceptionally clean, room cleaned daily, beautiful interior & pool area. Never a problem getting a sunbed. Very chilled. Room comfortable with all neccesaties. Breakfast very good, plenty of choice. Lovely area to sit by beach.Ate in evenings & food always excellent. Staff were fantastic, so welcoming, friendly & helpful. Shout to Beyza & Robin on reception who were always so friendly & helpful Eugene, Torba & the youngsters on beach service were absolutely lovely. Looked after us perfectly. Will definitely return & recommend
Negative: Would like to see better adjustable umbrellas on beach. Pool staying open later, far to early in summer heat!

Positive: The best location in Bitez, few minutes drive from all the good restaurants and shops. Staff were very accommodating and responsive via whatsapp, made sure we were well looked after (went above and beyond in helping us book a cab even when we were well outside the property's vicinity and well into the late hours of the evening)! Couldn't say thank you enough. THANK YOU!!! Breakfast was a BEAUTIFUL spread, restaurant and bar staff were lovely. And yes - there's wifi!!! 100% would go back here on my next trip to Bodrum.

Negative: The food was not nice I had to send my food back twice cause it was raw meat and ordered soup which was cold also the food quality was bad and over priced…I don’t think it should be a 5 star hotel to me it was like 3 star I’ve seen better

Positive: Location is amazing, outdoor pool and beach are nice, food and drinks at the beach bar are good as well.
Negative: Rooms are very smelly specially toilets.sink is always leaking water on the floor.if you shower as well the toilet floor becomes like a swimming pool. Beds are very small.gym is very old,smelly, dark and all equipments has corrosion.breakfast has a good variety but the quality is just average.kids play area located next to a storage area, the kids area never cleaned
