Positive: The room and house overall are quaint. Very clean. The bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is simple and adequate -- i enjoyed it. Note that this is a bed and breakfast outfit so it is more personal and less lavish than a business hotel. The location is good as I was at the Washington Hilton for a conference. I like the AdMo neighbourhood and it was convenient walking down 20th Street to the government buildings and George Washington University. It was also an easy transfer to Dulles airport from the nearby Dupont Circle metro.
Negative: The signage outside could be better. It was hard for the taxi to see which townhouse it is from the street.
Summary: Clean, comfortable, quiet.

Positive: Location, location, location. Easy access to/from Metro, many restaurants within a short walk
Negative: Very cramped for a room for someone on business travel - probably a nonfactor for a tourist. Coffee/breakfast doesn't start until later in the morning - again, likely a nonfactor for a tourist

Negative: The place needs to be updated , you felt like you were in a haunted mansion, like time had stood still . It looked like what it had been, an old Boarding house , it gave me the creeps .
