Positive: Donna was extremely friendly and helpful when we arrived and was very responsive to messages that were left to let her know we would be arriving later than expected.

Negative: Rooms are very out of date, and the pillows were flat. The bathroom had a large hole in the wall, and mildew around the inside of the shower. You were able to see outside around the wall unit (doesn't appear there was any insulation put around it when installed). Room was semi-cleaned in the areas easily seen, but definitely need a deeper cleaning.

Summary: "You get what you pay for" and this was just a perfect example of that.
