Summary: I tried to cancel the first night of a 3 night stay because it ended up I didn't need to be at my destination until day 2. I thought I called the hotel, but my call actually went to the owners in another city. When I asked to cancel, they told me that they would call back in 30 minutes. No callback, so I called again. I was again told that they would call back in 30 minutes. No callback, so I called again and was told to contact the booking agency. By then it was past the allotted time to cancel. The room was far from nice, the TV didn't work, the pillows were the worst I have ever seen.

Summary: They charge $50 per pet (the norm) we stayed there because they were very reasonable compares to Abilene where mediocre hotels go for $200 a night. We only needed to sleep, clean up and get back on the road.

Summary: Had to call a number and wait for check-in Room had no clock, lamp, coffee facilities. Dirr did NOT lock. Doorknob locked, but tongue didn’t match hole in frame. Dead bolt worked, barely reached frame to secure door but did. Couldn’t check-out, dot was locked, no access to advertised continental breakfast. Sign was almost on ground. Receipt didn’t match credit card charge. Charged card ar time of booking, not at check-in.

Summary: Owners are amazing. They are such friendly abd caring folks who truly care about their guest. Although the property is older, it's well cared for and everything works ad it should. Our room was clean and comfortable and was serviced daily. Definitely a great place to stay.

Summary: We reserved a room with two beds, but they did not have any. Instead, they gave us a room with one bed and one sleeper sofa. Plus, the listing says they have breakfast and they do not. Furthermore, there was an old broken Coke machine outside with a used mattress leaning up against the wall like some sort of trashy trailer park.
