Summary: I stayed 2 nights, 2 different bookings. The second day the tv in room 218 did not work. the channels would not change and the volume raised on its own. The tenant seemed upset the 2nd night, we arrived late from our travels. I kept ringing the door bell to get service/my key. Didn't wait too long. I woke him, this didn't feel welcoming at all.

Summary: We stayed at this property for two nights on 12/26 and 12/27. The property is conveniently located. The rooms are large and clean. However, there are multiple opportunities for improvement: 1) the hotel advertises "Hot Breakfast". This, in actuality, consists of frozen eggs and Hash browns that you have to microwave. while we were there, all the guests were trying to figure out what to eat from the very limited options that were offered. So in my humble opinion, it false advertisement regarding breakfast. 2) The sign for the hotel is not lit. Since we arrived at night, it was difficult for us to locate the hotel because their sign is not lit.
