Positive: The location, the rooms themselves were nice, the good a/c and fan above the bed and nice staff and housekeeping.
Negative: The breakfast was very lackluster. You had 2 choices, either waffles or 1 kind of cereal. Our room had no cold water, only warm, even when flushing the toilet the water was hot....weird. The floors were dirty. When we walked around the 1st day in our bare feet, they were dirty within the 1st 30 minutes. Dirty, moldy shower curtain at the bottom
Summary: It was mediocre, but do able. ($60.00 pet fee btw)

Negative: The area was not the best. There were a lot of homeless. Which normally wouldn't affect me. However. They were aggressive.

Positive: Very affordable for being a short drive to major attractions! It is pet friendly and has Tesla destination EV chargers. ! room was spacious and quiet. good value for the money !
