Positive: The interior of the house was great. Spacious & comfortable. The living room couch could definitely be updated though. Other than that, it was a great house to stay for a weekend in SA.
Negative: The neighborhood is a bit sketchy, especially when arriving at night. & the backyard is basically unusable, so it's not really a feature. That's why I removed 1 star. The outdoor seating needs updating & gets completely soaked when it rains, so you couldn't use it even if it were nice. So, making it a covered area would definitely help the appeal. But all in all we enjoyed our stay!
