Summary: I had reserved an accessible room with 2 queen beds to accommodate 3 people, but when we arrived the person at the desk said their only accessible room had one queen bed and did not have room for a cot or rollaway bed. I was charged an extra $10.92 for our daughter. I'll take that up with hotels.com Breakfast was a mere choice of a plastic wrapped tiny muffin, or dry cereal.

Summary: At check in the front desk lady was friendly and polite. When i got to the room the first thing i noticed was the smell. Im not sure if it was a cleaning chemical, adhesive for the vinyl flooring, or something else but there was an odd chemically odor that was stronger in the room than the hallway. After the nasal assault, the low battery chirping of the smoke detector was the next thing. I went to the front desk, but they do not have access to batteries as they are kept in a locked drawer. So, down the detector came. I then went to take a shower, because after 15 hours on the road i was ripe. Water pressure is good, but there are only two options, off and full blast. The water was hot-ish, but the max was probably in the 110 to 115 degree range. Theproblem with the shower was the spray of water that went out from the side all over the place. After the shower, i went to bed. The bed was extra firm, which for me was good, but if you want something softer you're out of luck. I tavel with my own pillows, but noticed the hotels were also quite firm. Oh, i almost forgot. In the listing it says something about soundproofing. This is not true. The next room over had wrestling on, and i might as well had been sitting next to them. Thankfully RAW was over by 10pm, and they turned their TV off. So, no soundproofing, dampening, or anything. Thankfully i had considerate neighbors. Overall, ok stay for the price.

Summary: The rooms are in need of an update. No fitted sheets on bed. Dirt on mattress, dog food on floor, for no smoking the hallway was thick with the smell of smoke! I guess what constitutes for continental breakfast has gone downhill. Two choice of cereals little Debbie snack foods. Nothing hot like the picture shows a waffle maker deceiving.

Summary: Signs posted everywhere stating you are responsible for falling, but but office not wheelchair accessible? And liss of any items etc. check in .guy was friendly but it took a long time and and people not in uniform walked in office. Two of these people were seen smoking on the sidewalk outside of a room. The next morning one of those people was the morning shift person. 715 we wanted to grab something to eat and check out. She was bringing out milk for breakfast. How are little Debbie snacks considered breakfast. We told her we were unhappy smelling smoke from outside in our room and that the person in the room next to us had his TV on ALL night loud enough that we could understand every word. We were told "that's how he sleeps." I repeated we didn't get sleep because we heard EVERY WORD plainly. She said sorry as we were walking out the door without breakfast. Also there was a pet following one of the other smokers around the building unleashed.

Summary: I don't have any complaints about the property, necessarily, but the doorknob to the outside door was broken and I almost couldn't get back in and the back to the remote was missing, so the batteries didn't stay in. Also, there were other guests making an absolute racket all night long, it was unbelievable. The staff was wonderful though, they were helpful and pleasant.
