Summary: Location next to the Ark Encounter was nice. Front desk lobby had a terrible smell and is where the breakfast area was. I asked before paying if rooms had any smell. Luckily no smell in room. Our room had an adjoining room which was nice to spread out with kids. AC and shower on that side didn’t work. Toilet on bedroom side had some issues as well. Pool was clean and refreshing. Staff was friendly. It’s an older facility but met needs for the few days we were there. Probably will stay somewhere else if we come back.

Summary: This property is very close to the Ark Encounter and was full. We must have arrived last and was forced to park no where near our room. The room was small but clean. The bed closest to the AC was comfortable but challenging to sleep in with the air conditioning blowing on your head. Also, not wired to accommodate all the charging needs of a family.

Summary: Stayed for a visit to The Ark Encounters. 2 senior adults and grandson (Teen). Check in was easy and fast. Staff very friendly. 2 story building, no elevator. Modest accommodations, we had everything we needed.

Summary: Run down, to high priced for the lack of quality. $45 room at best. My advice spend a little more and get better. The people running the place are very kind and sweet but this hotel is yuk. Nothing like the pictures they show online.

Summary: Room leaked with water and humidity. Blankets and sheets weren’t changed, gum on the desk from previous parties. Roomed smelled like mildew and my clothes from being in the room for 24 hours all have a stank smell to it from the room smell.

Summary: I chose this location because it was next door to the Ark Encounter. Everything about our stay was great including the lady who checked us in. The two things I’ll mention are not deal breakers so I’ll still consider our stay great but it could be addressed. The beds were sitting up on metal boxes from what I could tell. Never seen such a thing. Every time you moved in the bed it sounded like someone was hitting a metal trash can. At first I thought it was guests in the other room making noise then we realized what it was. The other thing was the free breakfast. It started at 7:00. We went over at 8:00 to find everything pretty much gone. There didn’t appear to be any attendance to replenish the food even though breakfast was still being offered. My grand kids wanted waffles but the dispenser was empty. We grabbed a muffin and left. Take note that there are no restaurants at this exit to get any other food. Other than these two things, the building area outside and inside of rooms were neat and clean and it was quiet. We did enjoy our stay overall in spite of a couple of challenges. Hopefully this review will bring attention these issues for future guests.

Summary: Room looked nothing like the pictures on hotels.com. There were uncovered power outlets down low...extremely dangerous when you have small children. That is an easy thing to fix and not sure why they wouldn't have done this.
