Summary: The ov we all experience was very unsatisfactory. We we're overcharged for the room. Your sites said price was $105. And we were charged almost$250. On our credit card. Not a great way to do business. When will I be reimbursed for the difference? No pool and your site said there was one. 1 washcloth,1 hand towel,and overall the place was old and not the cleanest Probably wouldn't use your site again or the hotel if thats the way you treat your customers.

Summary: Hot water wasn’t. HVAC unit was falling apart. Fitness center was closed. The breakfast was stale bread, 3 bulk cereals and the same mini blueberry muffins as the day I got there and warm coffee.

Summary: Very dated, basic, unwelcoming; unpleasant smell in room. Lobby restroom was out of order. Heat from wall unit went up billowing curtains. "Blanket" was empty duvet cover; went to lobby to request blankets, after 45 mintes returned to lobby to request again. 2 well worn (one with burn hole) were brought to room after appx 5 minutes. Good hot water.
