Summary: Our stay was not what it should have been. We were told there was a couch in room also a cot available but when we got there told different. We had to purchase an air mattress for our son. The hotel was being renovated and we were not aware. Our daughter found a fingernail on the floor, handprint on mirror, hair on floor in bathroom also in tub. Breakfast could have been better for the type of hotel it is. Also room smelled like trash. The smells from the renovation gave me a headache and dizzy

Summary: It was being renovated and had some open hazards. The pool and hot tub were CLOSED! Many of the vending machines were broken or out of product. No available bottled water in the machines.
