Positive: I have stayed here several times. It is always clean. Rooms are kept clean and in order, showers always have really good water pressure. Staff are great! Very helpful . Breakfast is always good

Positive: pool was great! kids loved the pool. really nice how they have it set up. room was large. breakfast was good. safe area. rates were good.
Negative: shower did not have a working exhaust fan in it...and the drop ceiling in the bathroom was rusting because of it. also the hair dryer was broken. bed was not very comfortable. we did not like the bed.
Summary: quality place to stay. great pool!

Positive: The hotel was decent enough. It was reasonably clean and the beds were comfortable. The heater worked. The fridge worked. We didn't use the microwave, coffee make or TV so can't say about those. The breakfast was adequate. No major issues, but for the price, it was definitely below expectations. The fan in the bathroom did not work. The bathroom itself was rather small and the sink drained very slowly. There was no cover over the wall light that was activated by the switch near the door. There was literally no decor at all...nothing on the walls to break up the dull gray. But the biggest problem was that there is a railroad track within probably 100 feet of the back of the hotel, which is where our room was. And it is an ACTIVE track...we heard trains rumbling by at least 4-5 times between when we checked in at around 8:00 pm and when we got up around 8:00 am. And they are long freight trains that take up to 5 minutes to fully roll by. Not pleasant when you're trying to sleep and no one mentioned this when we were given the room. I have had excellent luck with AmericInn in terms of value and comfort, but this one fell a bit short, and was the most expensive AmericInn room I've booked so far. It's not exactly a booming tourist area, but it was convenient to where we were going, so I took a chance. I would definitely not recommend this particular location, but if you do book here, make sure you ask for a room that faces the front of the hotel.
Negative: The trains rolling by outside our window all night was the main downside. The room was simply adequate, nothing to justify the price in terms of extras. The bathroom had no working fan. A light fixture had no cover. It was not the best value for the money and I normally have had great AmericInn experiences in the past year.
Summary: Adequate room for an overnight...be aware of the train!
