Summary: Booked this place as a half way point for us to the beach in Florida. Chose this place for location and to use the pool as a way for the kids to play a while after long day in the car. Upon arrival was informed the pool was under renovation and unusable. Hotels.com mentioned nothing of this on the site and presented the place as having a working pool. No discount or anything was offered, just an I'm sorry. Kids were super disappointed as was we.
