Positive: I loved the location. It is not in the city centre but this suited me as it is in a gated colony and was very near to a train station, Humayun temples and the metro in a quieter part of the city. Staff are fantastic and willing to help with any problems as they arise. Deepika helped with pharmacy and takeaways. Room was huge with a sitting area and kitchen. Huge bathroom and shower.

Summary: Absolutely fantastic host and a great room.

Positive: Deepika (the host) was prompt and responsive. The location of the homestay is excellent. You can see lush greenery and have a view of Khan-I-Khanan’s beautiful tomb from the window and balcony. The daily breakfasts offered in our room were very good too, with multiple options to choose from. There was also the option to request for home-made lunch at a nominal price.

Negative: The lack of cleanliness of the room was disappointing. Even though the house-help came every morning to clean the room and change towels, there was grime and stains around the sink, furniture and inside cabinets.

Summary: A pleasant stay, but in need of better maintenance.

Positive: Deepika is a wonderful host. So gentle and so attentive. Helped us with everything, including taking our heavy suitcases upstairs! Breakfast was superb. Room is large and the kitchenette is well appointed.

Negative: Zero complaints. We loved our stay.

Positive: Deepika is an extremely welcoming host. She is caring and nice, makes sure you are comfortable and that you need everything that you need. The location is good, the neighbourhood has some of the best spots to visit in Delhi (Humayun's Tomb and do not fort to visit Sunder Nursery park or the Nizamuddin Dargah) and the proximity of the station makes it convenient for travelling to Agra.

Negative: The dogs in the premises do bark, it can sometimes be annoying. But not for long periods of time.

Negative: Room is advertised as a flat, but it's actually in a building where there's other rooms and the host as well live in. In order to get to the room, you need to pass by an area of the house that was under maintenance and looked quite raw. Also, many people live in, and you get a bit disoriented. Room is clean enough for Indian standards but not really clean, if we really look at it. Price is very high, service is good but doesn't justify the price level
