Positive: The location is excellent with a lovely view from the breakfast room over Korcula Old town which is a 10-15 min walk away. When I complained about our rooms the staff / manager did their best to help and were friendly throughout the stay. One of the rooms we were given had damp so I complained and was given another and a small discount off the stay.
Negative: The hotel is tired and needs updating. It is a 3* experience with 4* pricing. We have stayed in a few other hotels in Croatia including in Dubrovnik old town and this was way below par Rooms are basic, hallway carpets are stained, breakfast buffet is uninspiring, the pool is pretty small, two Nescafé sashets with no milk is the coffee offering, the sun loungers are shabby etc etc

Positive: The location and the view is exceptional, truly impressive. The hotel is not very luxurious in a Dubai sense, but very functional and well kept.
Negative: The breakfast is not top notch, but still very good, no complaints.
Summary: One of the Korčula favorites, well worth considering. .

Positive: Fabulous location. You must book a sea view room. The others look on to the carpark. We were in a great room - balcony over swimming pool and the old town. Very spacious. Only 10 min walk into town along the front.
Negative: Buffet food was not very nice. Breakfast just about passable. We had booked half board but only suffered the evening buffet the first night. Food barely warm. Do not waste your money on half board. There are so many restaurants in town that deserve your money more. We had lovely meals there. We were there in May - pool was freezing. It could also have been cleaner - saw man cleaning it once and clouds of dirt swirling in water when he brushed the floor. Could be done more often so it didn’t get that bad. I only went in once!
